I've tried it several times and every time the First Aid error has disappeared and surprisingly the contents of the Clover EFI folder are still there. It also shows up in disk utility but I am unable to mount it from there. Have you ever tried to format a disk in Mac OS X and Disk Utility wont Unmount the Hard Drive for formatting It can happen for external (USB and Firewire).
